GRAFT Foundation provides free reconstructive surgeries to needy people across West Africa. Over the years, different anomalies and conditions are presented for surgical repairs. These anomalies include cleft lip and palate, congenital hand and leg deformities such as syndactaly, macrodactaly, extradigits etc . Tumors, swellings, cyst, neurofibromatosis, post burn contractures, hypospadia and many more.
